1Q2 – COORDINATES – Discussed the features of the basic coordiante grid, and why coordinates are useful. Then started a South Park coordinate picture.

2M3 – DISTANCES & DIRECTIONS – Discussed Compass bearings and then tried pg 68 Ex 2A q. 2 to 5, Ex 2B/C All questions. HOMEWORK for tomorrow: Work out the names of all the 32 points on the mariner’s compass.

3B5 – PERCENTAGES – Revision of fractions and percentages – pg 145 q. 7 to 9, pg 148 Outcome 2 q. 1 to 3, then completed the assessment for Unit 2 Outcome 2.
